Building for the future while raising them

A monthly room where mothers build real, working things with AI tools: apps, automations, and prototypes for the problems they actually have.

  • No engineering background required.
  • Meetups are always free. Workshops are paid and hands-on. You learn an AI tool and leave with something that works.

Next: Tue, Nov 17 · 12:00 to 1:00 PM PT · Virtual on Google Meet

Our mission: Uplift, empower and support moms — in every context.
Our vision: A world where every mom is financially independent.

Voices from the room

Moms who came with a problem and left with something that works.

“I came in with a spreadsheet I hated. I left with an app my whole team uses. I'd never written a line of code before.”

Priya S.
Product lead · mom of two
Built: Internal ops tool with Cursor

“The room got me over the shame of not knowing. By the second session I was shipping. My side project has real users now.”

Marisol A.
Business owner · mom of one
Built: Booking site for her studio

“I built the thing I'd been talking about for three years — in a month. Nobody there treated a nap schedule like an interruption.”

Danielle K.
Homemaker · mom of three
Built: A meal-planning app for her family

The Gap

The world asks us to build like we don't have children, and mother like we don't have ambitions.

There is a window right now. A mom can build a career, restart one, or grow a business, a café, a craft, a service, a company, without waiting to be chosen. But the communities and support built for this moment weren't built with moms in mind.

No childcare. No emotional context. No acknowledgment that a mom building a career at work, pivoting or restarting, or growing a business, might also be recovering from a C-section, managing a colicky newborn, and trying to remember who she was before motherhood.

Moms Who Build was made for that gap. We acknowledge the identity shift, the partnership imbalance, and the sheer audacity of building income of your own while raising humans.

The Year

One theme a month. A real arc.

No matter the season.

Every other month you build something real with AI tools. In between, you feel something real, and we never treat those as different kinds of work. Build months are hands-on with AI tools; the months between them are why the building lasts.

Each month reveals its format when RSVPs open. The full playbook, every theme, every format, how each session runs, belongs to founding hosts.

The Window

The AI economy is our window.

For the first time, the leverage of technology matches the efficiency of a mother's focus. We aren't just participants, we are the primary beneficiaries of tools that bridge the gap between idea and execution.

This isn't about working more. It's about building meaningful things in the margins we already have.
