  • The brand, and help sequencing your first few months so you don't run a hard format before the room is ready

  • Direct, hands-on support from the Moms Who Build team getting your first room off the ground

We ask

  • A consistent monthly cadence — showing up repeatedly is the whole product
  • Meetups stay free. No one pays to belong, in any city
  • Rooms shaped around a mother's life — kid-friendly venues, childcare where you can, hours that work around pickup
  • Cross-post your events to the parent calendar
  • Send back the stories and photos — they're what keeps this honest, they fill the gallery, and they feed the year-end story
  • Keep the playbook to yourself. It's the reason hosting means something
How it works

Three steps, no fee.

  1. You apply

    A short form — your city, and why this matters to you. That's it.

  2. We talk

    A real conversation, not an interview. We'll walk through the playbook, what your first three months could look like, and whether this is the right season in your life to take it on.

  3. You hold your first room

    One page of agreement, then a date on the calendar. The pilot phase has no license fee — we're proving the format together, and what comes after that is a conversation we'll have with you, not to you.
